We are not merely looking for someone to manage social media. We seek a **multifaceted individual**, able to step out of the office, pick up a camera, create content, and help transform ideas into communication. Your Responsibilities **Content & Capture** * Photography and video production for social media; * Capturing Reels and other video formats; * Creating content for diverse brands and industries; * Capturing spaces, products, people, gastronomy, real estate, and lifestyle; * Supporting preparation and execution of content sessions; * Identifying opportunities and ideas for new content; * Researching references, trends, and formats for social media. **Marketing & Content** * Assisting in developing content calendars; * Preparing and organizing content for publication; * Generating ideas for posts, Reels, and Stories; * Adapting content across different formats; * Supporting social media management; * Scheduling and organizing publications; * Researching and gathering information for content; * Supporting the marketing team across various projects. **Editing** * Basic/intermediate photo editing; * Video editing for social media; * Creating and editing Reels; * Image and video post-processing; * Familiarity with tools such as **Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar** is highly valued. What We’re Looking For * Experience or strong interest in content creation; * Solid photography and video skills; * Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail; * Creativity and ability to generate ideas; * Interest in social media and digital trends; * Ability to work independently; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Willingness to travel; * A valid driver’s license is a plus; * Personal equipment is a plus. **You don’t need to be an expert in everything.** We want someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow with us—but above all, someone with **initiative, good taste, and the ability to make things happen.** Ideal Candidate Profile You’re the kind of person who, upon entering a restaurant, hotel, store, or property, instinctively thinks: *"This would make an incredible Reel."* You spot a trend and immediately consider how to adapt it to a brand.
