As part of the ALS Global Group, the world leader in providing technical and laboratory testing services, ALS Life Sciences Portugal is seeking Talent **Chemistry Laboratory Technician (M/F/D)** **Responsibilities:** * Performing and preparing samples for testing. * Performing and preparing chemical assays, and delivering results according to the competence matrix. * Conducting tests and other tasks, completing all necessary records and calculations; * Analyzing test results, validating reports, and ensuring timely delivery of results; * Monitoring analytical quality control test results; * Collaborating on root cause analysis and defining corrective actions arising from non-conformities or identified complaints. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completion of 12th grade or a Professional Higher Technical Course (CTeSP) in natural sciences or laboratory technical fields (preferred qualification); * One year of professional experience in a laboratory setting, or laboratory experience gained during academic studies; * Ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly and objectively present data; * High degree of flexibility and motivation in a dynamic work environment; * Availability, commitment, and dedication; * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and methodical approach to work; * Communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel, from an end-user perspective. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a group present in 70 countries and into a company strongly committed to employee qualification and development, offering opportunities for career progression and internal reallocation within the ALS GLOBAL Group. * Competitive remuneration and benefits commensurate with the role and experience. **Working at ALS** The ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
