Job Summary: We are looking for a communicative and warm Guest Experience Host to be the first smile of the house and the link between guests and the experiences offered — a hybrid role combining front desk receptionist, host, and brand ambassador. Valuation of ideas and growth within the project Guest Experience Host – 108 MM House, transitioning to its new name: "Townhouse Runas" This townhouse comprises four carefully renovated traditional city houses, featuring 15 unique apartments and suites, a tranquil garden, and a swimming pool — offering a sophisticated retreat in the heart of Porto. We are a small, close-knit, and deeply dedicated team committed to the art of hospitality, creating a familial atmosphere where every detail matters and every guest feels at home. About the Role We seek a Guest Experience Host — a key figure in the reception and hospitality operations of 108 MM House. Someone communicative and warm who will be the first smile of the house and the bridge between our guests and all the experiences we offer. This is a hybrid role blending front desk receptionist, host, and brand ambassador — ideal for those who enjoy working with people, building connections, and delivering memorable moments. Your main responsibilities include: * Conducting check-ins and check-outs with care, discretion, and attention to detail. * Serving as the hotel’s host, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, accompanied, and genuinely cared for. * Suggesting, promoting, and selling carefully curated experiences (wine tastings, tours, private dinners, workshops, etc.). * Providing support and presence as host during hotel events — whether in the lounge, kitchen, or social areas. * Collaborating with the F&B team and, in the future, supporting the restaurant upon its opening. * Ensuring coordination and communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments. * Substituting the Lead Receptionist on their days off, guaranteeing flawless front desk operations. * Actively contributing to maintaining impeccable service standards and the warm atmosphere that defines our house.
