N. de Gaia store (Rua Álvares Cabral) to join this expanding success project. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer welcome * Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound) * Evaluating gold items and presenting purchase offers * Approaching customers during promotional activities * Managing customer appointments and daily store needs We are looking for candidates with: * Completion of 12th grade * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized and proactive mindset * Experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred) * Experience in gold buying or selling (preferred) What we offer: * Employment contract * Competitive remuneration: Base salary + Commissions + Meal allowance (average monthly earnings above €1,200); * Productivity bonuses and incentives — salary progression, vouchers, and other performance-based rewards. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM Why join MetalPro?
