A prestigious flagship hotel in the city of Porto, scheduled to open at the end of June, is currently recruiting to strengthen its kitchen team. We seek professionals passionate about gastronomy for the role of **Chef**, eager to join a distinctive project and contribute to an exceptional gastronomic experience. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food according to technical specifications and established standards. * Ensure proper presentation and plating of dishes. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Monitor product quality, storage conditions, and expiration dates. * Maintain an organized, clean, and fully operational kitchen. * Assist in stock management and goods receiving. * Collaborate closely with other kitchen and service team members. Required Profile: * Proven professional experience in similar roles, preferably within hospitality or restaurant sectors. * Knowledge of HACCP and good food safety practices. * Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments. * Team spirit and strong sense of responsibility. * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience across diverse gastronomic concepts. * Creativity, technical rigor, and passion for cooking. * Experience in high-end hotel establishments.
