**Job Description** **Description:**
Support the implementation of excellence processes for proper company procurement by identifying sustainable market alternatives. The Procurement Technician must represent and motivate others in adhering to the WireCo Business System (WBS) behaviors:

**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and monitor the Procurement module in the Infor LN ERP system and supplier performance;
* Follow\-up on purchase orders and related documentation, including customs procedures;
* Calculate, analyze, and monitor departmental KPIs;
* Collaborate in data collection and processing for reporting;
* Analyze inventory levels and purchasing requirements;
* Contribute to specific process development projects;
* Support the operationalization of Procurement policies, aligned with approved materials and suppliers;
* Identify alternative suppliers offering greater resource efficiency, aiming to secure the best possible business deals for the company, subject to approval by the Procurement Directorate and internal implementation;
* Ensure production of qualitative and comparative information to maximize cost efficiency for Product Costing/Budgeting;
* Comply with rules defined in the quality management system procedures.
**Qualifications** **Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or another field within Business Sciences education.
**Additional Information** **Competencies**
* English proficiency at B1\-B2 level;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel;
* Knowledge of management indicators, risk analysis, financial calculations, and data analysis;
* High degree of proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy;

* Organizational and planning skills;
* Communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills;
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Eligibility for Professional Internship \+TALENTO through IEFP;
* Availability for the working schedule 09:00 \| 13:00 – 14:00 \| 18:00, Monday to Friday, on-site basis.
