The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the team and effectively managing operations during their shift, ensuring Smashville quality standards and customer experience. **Leadership \& Shift Coordination** * Coordinate and support the team during the shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations * Assign tasks and ensure compliance with internal procedures * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and store efficiency **Operations \& Quality** * Prepare and assemble burgers according to Smashville quality standards * Manage in-person and third-party delivery orders, ensuring fast and efficient deliveries * Deliver an exceptional customer experience through prompt and attentive service **Cleaning \& Organization** * Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the premises before, during, and after service * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) **What We Are Looking For** * Experience in bars, cafés, restaurants, or fast-food establishments (preferred) * Experience operating quick-service kitchen equipment such as griddles and fryers (preferred) * Easy access to Cascais Shopping * Focus on goals and a positive attitude * Organizational skills and methodical work approach * Ability to handle stress * Leadership spirit and teamwork orientation * Flexible working hours * Proactivity, dynamism, and enthusiasm * Humility and dedication **What We Offer** * Employment contract * Meal card/voucher * Coverflex – various additional benefits * Be part of an innovative project from day one * A young and dynamic environment with new colleagues
