Your Role: What Does This Position Involve?
As a Business Operations Analyst (with a high-profile, large-scale Smollan client), you will act as the bridge between their systems, business data, and operations. It is a dynamic role—perfect for those who enjoy solving problems and working with data on a daily basis.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis & Reporting: Create and update analytical reports (Excel) and support dashboard development in Power BI;
* Systems Management & Support: Provide daily user support for access management, incident tracking, and software/ERP interface control;
* Business Support: Validate billing processes and assist in identifying operational improvements;
* Cross-departmental Interface: Communicate and support internal teams and departments, as well as business partners.
What Are We Looking For? (Essential Requirements)
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory);
* Experience: 2–3 years in Operational Support, Data Analysis, or Process Management roles;
* Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, pivot tables); experience and strong interest in Power BI and ERP systems are advantageous;
* Languages: Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (B2/C1) with fluency in verbal and written communication;
* Profile: Analytical ability, dynamism, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for engaging with business functions.
