About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development, as well as strong knowledge of platform best practices. This role is end-to-end responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, and unit testing requirements in Salesforce and/or within a functional domain, leading technical delivery and mentoring a team of developers. Requirements: * Be end-to-end responsible for designing, implementing, and performing unit testing of requirements in Salesforce and/or within a functional domain. * Draft functional and technical specifications and ensure their maintenance. * Ensure Salesforce configuration/parameterization complies with defined requirements and standards. * Perform development of interfaces and integrations within scope. * Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes. * Define and review test cases to ensure coverage and quality. Must-Have * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Management Information Systems, or equivalent. * Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development. * Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations. * Practical experience in creating unit tests, defect analysis, and bug resolution. * Good working knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to use JavaScript/HTML for template customization, campaign troubleshooting, and ensuring correct rendering across different browsers. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a developer team. Nice to Have Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Language Requirements & Work Model * English level B2 or higher (spoken and written). * Portuguese (fluent) Hybrid model: availability to work 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.
