Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace **Print Operator (Rolls) \- Massamá** We are recruiting a Print Operator to work with rolls in an industrial environment at a company located in Massamá. **Responsibilities** * Loading and unloading rolls (cardboard, film, adhesive) * Support in mounting and dismounting cylinders and clichés * Machine preparation with inks and varnishes according to job requirements * Support the production process and quality control * Cleaning of printing equipment * Organization and cleaning of the workplace * Waste separation in accordance with regulations * Compliance with safety rules and use of PPE **Profile** * Experience in an industrial/factory environment * Immediate availability and flexibility for shifts/overtime * Residence in the Massamá area or nearby * Own vehicle or convenient transportation access * Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills **Conditions** * Base salary \+ Shift allowance \+ Attendance bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Rotating 3-shift system * Location: Massamá Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
