We operate Portugal’s largest bookstore retail network, with 60 stores across mainland Portugal and the islands, visited annually by over 10 million customers. Our online bookstore, www.bertrand.pt, offers the widest selection of books available in Portugal—including titles in English, French, and Spanish. With our Bertrand Readers at the heart of everything we do, we invest in service quality and specialization, as well as in the initial and ongoing training of our employees. To strengthen our Commercial Directorate, we are seeking a candidate to join the coordination team for the Bertrand Reader Support Service—a team of 20 booksellers who provide remote customer support via email and telephone, covering topics related to both physical and online stores, serving Bertrand customers nationwide. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Prior experience in team management is highly valued; * Proficiency in computer use from an end-user perspective; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and information structuring abilities; * Customer-oriented mindset; * Availability for on-site work. **We offer:** * Integration into a highly prestigious company within the Portuguese book trade; * Initial and continuous training.
