Over the past eight years, we have consistently maintained rigorous standards to meet the evolving demands of the business and real estate markets. Currently, we manage over 1,000 accommodation units nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team. If you enjoy varied work involving interaction with people, combining operational tasks with minor technical interventions, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Performing guest check-ins and check-outs; * Conducting pest control treatments in properties; * Carrying out general rounds and inspections of accommodations to ensure they are in good condition; * Performing minor maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacements, minor repairs, key duplication, and other simple interventions; * Identifying and reporting requirements for major maintenance work; * Supporting other operational activities whenever necessary. **Required Profile** * Valid driver's license **(mandatory)**; * Proficiency in Portuguese; * Basic English language skills for communication with guests; * Ability to perform general minor maintenance tasks; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Team spirit; * Availability and flexibility to perform various daily tasks. **What We Offer** * Integration into a growing company undergoing constant evolution; * A dynamic and diversified role; * Initial training and ongoing support; * Opportunities for professional development; * Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies (within the initial salary range of **920\-1200€**) If you believe you match the above profile and wish to join a dynamic team, please send us your application.
