Good working environment We are recruiting an **Application Support Technician** to join our **Application Development and Support Department**: **Main Responsibilities** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group’s applications managed by the Application Development and Support Department (DSA); * First\-line support for the Group’s applications, covering both FrontOffice and BackOffice; * Development of custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas. **Desired profile** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles; * Higher education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; * Experience with relational databases (preferred); * Proficiency in English; * Strong planning and organizational skills; * Team\-oriented mindset; * Critical thinking abilities. **What we are offering** * An opportunity to join an international Bank with a significantmarket presence; * Continuous training and the possibility to learn in a challenging professional context; * A good working environment.
