Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, bridging field teams and administration. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards Position: Construction Project Manager (M/F) Work Mode: On-site / Full-Time Your Mission As a Construction Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the planning, technical coordination, and financial and operational execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring direct liaison between field teams and administration. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish. Coordinate technical teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors on-site. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure procurement of materials, tools, and logistical resources. Monitor operational deviations, costs, and propose immediate on-site solutions. Maintain continuous communication with clients, suppliers, and supervisory authorities.   Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction supervision and project management. Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading construction drawings, budgeting, and construction planning. Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
