Job Summary: Professional required for technical supervision, monitoring, and control of public works, compliance analysis, and interface with engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with contractors and engineering teams PMT – Project Coordination and Management is strengthening its team by integrating a Construction Inspector (M/F) for the Sintra area, Lisbon. Main Responsibilities: ➡ Supervision, monitoring, and technical control of public works; ➡ Analysis of compliance among design, specifications, and execution; ➡ Preparation of technical reports and construction records; ➡ Interface with contractors, project owners, and other engineering teams. What We Seek in a Candidate: ➡ Civil, mechanical engineer or architect; ➡ Residence in Lisbon or surrounding areas (within a radius permitting daily commuting); ➡ Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervision of Health Units, or minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision of works similar to the project in question, ensuring comprehensive oversight of construction activities; ➡ Valid registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or Order of Technical Engineers (OET).
