This role combines nursing expertise with the execution of advanced aesthetic procedures, adhering to protocols defined by the medical team. **✔** **Your new role** * Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments according to clinical protocols, such as: Radiofrequency, Cryolipolysis, Microdermabrasion, Lymphatic drainage/body contouring devices, Skin rejuvenation (LED, ultrasound, microneedling), Laser/IPL. * Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and equipment before each session and ensure proper hygiene after procedures. * Assess patients within the scope permitted for nursing practice, identify contraindications, and refer to the physician whenever necessary. * Adapt treatment protocols to individual needs, considering skin type, medical history, and patient goals. * Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance, maintaining close and professional follow-up. * Manage communications with patients, clarify doubts, and conduct post-procedure follow-ups. * Document all activities in the clinical system (EMR/CRM), ensuring complete and accurate records. * Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and basic maintenance of aesthetic devices. * Collaborate with consultants, reception staff, and the medical team to ensure a smooth, organized, and safe treatment journey. **What we’re looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in **Nursing**. * 2–3 years of nursing experience, ideally with prior exposure to advanced aesthetics or clinical wellness settings. * Practical experience with medical-grade aesthetic devices (RF, ultrasound, cryolipolysis, mechanical lymphatic drainage, laser/IPL). * Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, wound healing, and skincare. * Ability to deliver treatments with technical precision and strict adherence to clinical standards. * Strong proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are valued. **✅** **Success factors** * Safe and competent operation of aesthetic devices and strict adherence to clinical protocols. * Ability to identify contraindications and appropriately refer clinical cases to the responsible physician. * Clear, professional, and patient-centered communication. * Empathy, tact, ethics, and ability to build trusting relationships. * Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and procedures. * Autonomy in managing successive consultations while maintaining quality and safety. * Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to the clinic’s routines. * Willingness to grow, learn new techniques, and keep up with technological advancements. * **What we offer** * A stable project at a leading clinic in aesthetics and health. * Initial and ongoing training in protocols, technologies, and clinical best practices. * Modern equipment and high-quality working conditions. * A collaborative, structured environment focused on patient care. * Competitive remuneration and benefits according to internal policy. **Next steps** If you believe you meet the above requirements, please apply by submitting your updated CV. **Note:** Only selected candidates will be contacted to proceed with the process.
