Our Essence We specialize in smash burgers — a culinary masterpiece created by pressing a ball of ground meat onto a hot griddle. Each burger is thin, juicy, and surprisingly crispy. Responsibilities * Manage teams and ensure excellent customer service. * Supervise the restaurant’s dynamic operations. * Plan and assign work tasks to teams. * Ensure smooth operational quality in the restaurant. * Lead the preparation of smash burgers, following our exclusive technique and guaranteeing consistency in every burger. * Collaborate on the innovation of new gastronomic offerings. * Maintain high standards of quality at every stage of the culinary process. * Ensure transparency and customer involvement throughout the entire process. JOB OFFERING Type of position: * Full-time Location: Alvalade Benefits: Competitive salary + performance bonuses: * Meal allowance of €10.46 per working day * Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly installments * Night shift premiums * 22 vacation days per year of employment * 50% discount on food consumed at the restaurant * Internet access Working Hours: Working hours are between 11:30 AM and 2:30 AM, including respective rest periods.
