No extensive experience is required—we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. Provide accurate information about products and services. Help customers with basic requests and simple issue resolution. Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team. Keep customer records up to date. Maintain a professional and friendly communication style. Requirements Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills (email, web browser, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Customer\-oriented attitude and willingness to help. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
