They aim to strengthen their team by recruiting an Architect (M/F) with proven ability to develop studies and projects related to the hospitality sector, creatively identifying optimal solutions aligned with clients' identified needs. Location: Almada MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design projects and provide technical opinions within their area of expertise; * Ensure client approval of the submitted project; * Guarantee proper execution of construction works and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards; * Define the most suitable construction processes and respective budgets; * Identify defects and define corrective measures; * Enforce and comply with current quality, environmental, and safety regulations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Higher education degree in Architecture; * Ability to develop architectural projects; * Basic knowledge of technical drawing; * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the role, with focus on construction production and preparation; * Valid driver's license; * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly AutoCAD and MS Office; * Initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills; * Strong planning and coordination capabilities across various involved resources, including the ability to respond effectively under stress and pressure; * Interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
