Organization, proactivity, and ability to learn Job Description: * Provide on-site microcomputing technical support to users, with the possibility of remote support when applicable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Resolution of microcomputing incidents and service requests (on-site or remote). * Deployment of system images (PCs and laptops), network patching, and hardware maintenance. * Updating tickets and equipment registration. **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade in the field of computing. * Additional training in the field. * Organization, proactivity, ability to learn, teamwork, and resilience. **Qualifications:** Valid driver's license in Portugal.
