Summary: The Junior Strategic Project Manager supports planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives, collaborating across departments and with external partners. Highlights: 1. Work with C-Level executives on high-impact strategic projects The Junior Strategic Project Manager will work closely with Senior Strategic Project Managers and C\-Level executives, supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key strategic initiatives. This position involves collaborating with multiple departments and, when required, coordinating with external consultants and business partners. ROLE: Partner with department leaders and executive management to support the achievement of strategic objectives; Generate data\-driven analyses and insights to support business strategy and decision\-making; Identify and address critical cross\-functional challenges across the organization; Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across different business areas; Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution; Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and business partners when required to support project delivery and organizational goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Outstanding academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical and problem\-solving skills; Demonstrated leadership potential, accountability, and ability to work autonomously; Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities; Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
