We are recruiting an IT Support Technician with the following profile: Location: Oeiras Profile Description: IT Support Profile: \- Minimum education level: 12th grade; \- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365 operating systems; \- Configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure; \- Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networks, including identification of components, peripherals, drivers, patches, and updates; \- Incident resolution using EasyVista or other equivalent tools; \- End-user support and helpdesk; \- Proactivity; \- Organizational ability; \- Opportunity to work in a dynamic company serving a major reference client in Portugal.
