Development and monitoring of Operational KPIs DHL Freight, a leading company within the DHL Group and a market leader in international land transportation, seeks to hire a Traffic Technician \- International Land Transportation \- Iberian, with the following profile: **Responsibilities** * Organize and supervise all transportation services, intervening as needed to prevent or resolve potential anomalies. * Prepare all supporting documentation for respective shipments and ensure applicable record-keeping in accordance with current procedures. * Provide comprehensive shipment tracking services upon request. * Manage all supporting documentation for respective shipments and ensure applicable record-keeping in accordance with current procedures. * Develop and monitor Operational KPIs to enable real-time analysis of daily activities. **Education and Experience** High school diploma (Mandatory) or Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Prior experience in operational departments Prior experience in the international land transportation sector (Mandatory) User-level computer skills, especially intermediate-level Excel.
