We are seeking qualified professionals to join our client’s permanent staff directly, ensuring a transparent selection process focused on valuing competencies. ***Job Objective:*** Coordinate and supervise construction project execution in the Beiras region, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and resource efficiency, acting as the liaison between site management and construction sites. ***Main Responsibilities:*** Plan and organize daily production at construction sites, allocating teams, equipment, and materials. Ensure work execution complies with design documents, technical specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor physical and financial progress of projects, reporting to central management. Coordinate subcontractor teams and direct workers. Ensure adherence to deadlines specified in the construction schedule. Support human resources management and resolution of operational conflicts. ***Requirements:*** Higher education degree in Civil Engineering (professional license preferred). Proven experience coordinating civil construction projects. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, planning, and team management.
