To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Developing, calibrating, and monitoring Scoring and Rating models; * Creating, reviewing, and updating model documentation; * Interpreting and applying regulatory requirements and corporate standards; * Communicating with internal departments, auditors, and regulators. **YOUR CONTRIBUTION** Our people are our greatest strength. Reasonable accommodations will be considered to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar model development roles (Mandatory) * Programming experience in SAS Guide and SQL, with particular focus on model development (Mandatory) * Experience in Python-based model development is valued (Preferred) **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or equivalent (Mandatory) **Languages** * English (Mandatory) * Spanish (Preferred) **Hard Skills** * Analytical/quantitative profile, with strong organizational, planning, and dynamic capabilities (Mandatory) * Ability and curiosity to learn/adopt new techniques and methodologies (Mandatory) * Interest in using new analytical tools and approaches (Preferred) **Soft Skills** * Enjoyment of and ability to work collaboratively in teams * Strong communication skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility **General Role Description** * Development, calibration, and monitoring of Scoring and Rating models; * Creation, regular reviews, and updates to model documentation (*monitoring reports*, methodological, technical, etc.); * Interpretation, adaptation, and application of regulatory requirements and corporate standards to implement best practices in credit risk models; * Ongoing communication with Internal Risk Management departments, Corporate Methodology and Internal Validation teams, internal and external auditors, and the regulator. **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters and will be recognized.
