This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong project planning expertise who are passionate about delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic and international environment. **Your Challenge** As a Senior Project Planner / Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, monitoring, and control of large\-scale projects, ensuring alignment between project schedules, resources, and execution activities. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; * Define and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, schedule baselines, and critical path analysis; * Coordinate planning activities across Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Execution teams; * Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, perform impact assessments, and recommend corrective actions; * Prepare planning reports, dashboards, S\-curves, histograms, and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Support schedule risk analysis by assessing float consumption, schedule exposure, and mitigation strategies; * Collect and consolidate project progress information from multidisciplinary teams; * Support the Project Manager with resource planning, milestone tracking, and contractual reporting; * Ensure planning activities comply with internal standards and contractual requirements. **What We're Looking For** * Several years of experience as a Project Planner, Project Controller, or Project Manager; * Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6, including baseline creation, critical path analysis, resource leveling, earned value management, and claims analysis; * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project; * Experience within industrial, construction, infrastructure, or energy projects is highly valued; * Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycles; * Ability to interpret engineering documentation and translate it into effective project planning; * Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments; * Ability to perform scenario ("what\-if") analyses to support project decision\-making; * Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI or IPMA is considered an advantage; * Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to join a leading international organization delivering complex and high\-impact projects; * A collaborative and multicultural working environment; * Exposure to challenging projects with significant technical complexity; * Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development; * A role with real impact on project performance and business success.
