We are looking for a **Project / Program Manager** to join our team on one of our projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or equivalent; * Up to 15 years of experience managing large-scale and highly complex projects; * Project Management certifications (**mandatory**); * Experience in developing and monitoring project plans, communications, risks, and respective mitigation actions; * Experience in managing project financial execution, ensuring alignment with operational delivery; * Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; * Experience in preparing executive reporting and management information to support decision-making; * Excellent communication, critical analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative working skills. **Work arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) **We offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
