About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of proven project management experience, with particular emphasis on industrial and technological contexts. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of Information Systems (IS) management, proficiency in system implementation, and experience leading teams and managing complex digital projects involving integration across multiple systems. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial and technological environments. * IS Management: Solid knowledge of general Information Systems management and high proficiency in managing system implementation processes. * Integration: Experience in integration projects involving multiple systems (preferred). * Leadership: Proven experience leading and coordinating technical teams, with ability to manage resources, conflicts, and priorities. * Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex digital projects with a strong industrial component. * Tools: Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, among others. * Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written); Fluent English (spoken and written); Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). * Work Location: Lisbon (Hybrid).
