About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and empower our team in adopting and applying agile practices and principles. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in this role and be a certified facilitator, with strong knowledge of Scrum and familiarity with work management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead. * Scrum Master certification (Mandatory). * Solid understanding of agile principles and frameworks. * Solid understanding of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts. * Experience with Jira/Confluence. * Experience in testing and development (Preferred). * English level B1/C1. * Portuguese fluency (Mandatory). * Resident in Portugal (Mandatory). * Availability for hybrid model in Lisbon Send your CV to: \ with subject line "IJ_SM".
