Come be Inetum! **Job Description** The candidate will provide application support within the Securities Services area for Payment Processing. **Main Tasks:** * **Support business IT needs** by understanding workflows and operational scenarios. * **Handle tasks and incidents** via email, tickets, or in person, ensuring proper shift coverage. * **Communicate updates** on issues, tasks, and projects to teams and stakeholders. * **Document processes and share knowledge**, including training and continuous improvement. * **Automate routine tasks and identify systemic issues** through scripting and optimization. **Qualifications** * Good knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows and Linux environments * Unix kwnowlge is a plus * Oracle SQL kwnowlge is Mandatory * ITIL understanding is also a plus. * Ansible / DevOps **Additional Information** The candidate is expected disponibility to work on weekends, holidays and hybrid mode 50% Office \- 50% Homework.
