If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we invite you to join us! **The Role** The Investment Consulting Analyst is a client\-facing, analytical role supporting consultants to provide advice to clients on a range of investment\-related services. The role focuses on investment strategy, asset allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring, combining analytical expertise with strong communication skills. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside consultants, portfolio managers, and specialist teams, contributing to high\-impact client solutions and strategic investment decisions. You’ll collaborate on a wide range of projects and responsibilities will include: * performance reporting, measurement and evaluation * strategic setting of investment objectives * strategic asset allocation, using asset\-liability modelling and risk analysis tools and techniques * portfolio construction, including investment management structures and selection * investment manager monitoring * review of sustainable investment characteristics of investment structures * Support team members in the construction and delivery of presentations to clients * regulatory support, including preparing statements of investment policy, implementation statements and assisting with preparation of pension scheme accounts. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience; * Progress toward or completion of the CFA is highly valued; * **1–5 years** of relevant experience; * Fluent speaking/writing in **English;** * Strong communicator, detail oriented, numerical, and flexible; * Proficiency in IT tools, in particular MS Office such as **Excel;** * Can\-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility; * You thrive in collaborative team environments and enjoy working with others to achieve our goals; * You have strong project management skills and good organizational abilities as well as an aptitude for managing multiple tasks at the same time. **At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
