Our workplaces help our people feel productive and proud to work at BCG. The Global Real Estate Data Platforms \& Operations Director is a refreshed role within BCG’s GRE team. This position will serve as a pivotal leadership role within GRE, responsible for defining and executing the data vision and strategy that underpins global real estate portfolio and workplace decision\-making. As BCG continues to evolve its real estate and workplace strategy, this position will drive the consistency, quality, and scalability of data across the real estate portfolio, ensuring that information becomes a true strategic asset, bringing to life the vision of GRE and BCG leadership. The role is both transformational and hands on \- bridging operational knowledge with enterprise data leadership to shape GRE’s future operating model, technology investments, and analytics capability. The role will bring together teams, processes, and systems to create a sustainable foundation for insight\-driven strategic and operational real estate management, directly contributing to business outcomes and ROI. Key Responsibilities include: * Define and communicate GRE’s data vision and strategy, aligning with enterprise data governance framework and business objectives. * Develop vision, strategy and roadmap for how AI can support GRE workflows and unlock financial and human capital value from more effective ways to analyse and drive insight from data. * Lead development and facilitate data strategy investment business cases for leadership to unlock investments into systems/AI clearly guided by measurable RoI. * Lead the transformation of GRE’s data operating model by establishing ownership, accountability, and governance for data across regions, workstreams, and vendors. * Oversee and manage the implementation of new data investments (internal and external) and initiatives, driving change programs that embed new capabilities and deliver measurable results. * Drive technology enablement for data management, leading roadmaps and implementing tools that improve data quality and accessibility. * Develop and maintain data standards, definitions, and KPIs to ensure accuracy and consistency across portfolio, lease, and financial systems. * Collaborate across enterprise functions (e.g. Finance, IT, Procurement, Workplace Experience) to align data structures and automation opportunities. * Foster a data\-driven culture by building team capability, sharing insights through dashboards and storytelling, and demonstrating data use cases for strategic discussions. You're Good At * Designing and executing data strategies that connect real estate insights to business outcomes. * Building and governing scalable data systems, models, and quality standards. * Driving technology enablement through product roadmaps, integrations, and automation. * Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision\-making. * Leading cross\-functional change programs with clarity and accountability. * Collaborating with workstream leaders to align systems and data delivery with business goals. * Applying a continuous innovation mindset guided by the desire to solve complex business challenges through value and impact. What You'll Bring * Bachelor’s degree preferred , Master’s preferred in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field. * Ideally 8\-10\+ years of experience in data strategy, governance and related field in Corporate or Consulting environment. * Proven leader in driving change and standardizing processes at scale. * Deep expertise in data strategy, governance frameworks, and data stewardship. * Strong communicator with senior leadership and cross\-functional teams. * Experienced leading in matrixed, global environments. * Fluent in English; additional languages valued. Who You'll Work With You will report to the GRE Portfolio Insight \& Governance Senior Director and work closely with the GRE Leadership Team, Global Workplace Technology, and (Digital ) Product teams. You will also partner with GRE Workplace Experience leaders, GRE regional project delivery teams, various Centers of Excellence, and our Data Strategy \& Governance leader.
