Our different backgrounds and know\-how are key in developing solutions and experiences for digital clients. **Face challenges** and learn other ways of thinking and seeing the world \- there’s always room for your energy and creativity. **About the role** The Data Visualization Engineer is responsible for extracting, preparing, and cleansing data, as well as designing and creating visually engaging and informative data visualizations. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives for visualization projects. * Connect and integrate visualization tools with various data sources, ensuring seamless and efficient data access. * Extract, prepare, and cleanse data from various sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy for visualization purposes. * Design and develop visually engaging and insightful data visualizations using appropriate tools and techniques **What are we looking for?** * BSc and/or MSc in Computer Science or similar * \+5 years of experience with Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, and ETL processes. * Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar. * Proficiency in data prep tools or components such as Tableau Prep, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar. * Solid understanding of data extraction, preparation, and cleansing techniques to ensure data quality and integrity. * Experience with database management systems, SQL, and various data formats, such as CSV, JSON, and XML. * Ability to connect and integrate visualization tools with various data sources, such as APIs, databases, or data lakes. **Nice to have:** * Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud **Personal traits** * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; * Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy; * Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; * Willingness to collaborate with other players; * Strong communication skills.
