Our different backgrounds and know\-how are key in developing solutions and experiences for digital clients. **Face challenges** and learn other ways of thinking and seeing the world \- there’s always room for your energy and creativity. **About the role** The DevOps Engineer will be leading the adoption of DevOps practices, fostering seamless collaboration between development and operations to enable the rapid and reliable delivery of high\-quality software. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and platform automation while actively promoting cross\-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement. Embedded within a CI/CD team, this role is instrumental in advancing Agile transformation by enhancing tooling, workflows, and processes that support iterative delivery. He will have the opportunity to work with several team and projects both nationally and internationally. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Design, implement and maintain Ci/CD pipelines using multiple tools. * Automate build, test, and deployment processes. * Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure visibility into pipeline health and deployment outcomes. * Linux Server administration, log analysis and incident troubleshooting. Deployment support across development, test, and production environments. **What are we looking for?** * Good Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps Tools. Preferred: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins * Experience in Business Continuity \& Disaster Recovery (BC/DR). * Experience in Oracle Weblogic Server administration and deployment. * Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift or Helm. * Expertise in Linux server administration. * Expertise in scripting/automation with Ansible, Python, Bash. * Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch). * Generic knowledge of public/private cloud (AWS, Google Cloud and/or). **Personal traits** * Fluent in English both verbal and written. * Experience and ability to engage directly with clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship\-building. * Self\-motivated and ability to adapt in a demanding multicultural environment. * Able to work with shifting priorities. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments.
