Job Summary: BUGI Bar is seeking a Cook to develop menus, prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen organization, plate dishes, and manage stock. Key Highlights: 1. If you enjoy working near the sea and value a relaxed environment, this opportunity is for you! \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ What You’ll Do: Develop menu proposals aligned with the Bar’s offerings; Assist in preparing ingredients for menu items (bruschettas, tibornas, snacks, etc.); Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; Plate dishes following defined technical specifications for each dish; Monitor and replenish stock as needed; Collaborate with the team to ensure fast and efficient service. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar kitchen roles. Responsiveness, team leadership ability, and attention to detail. Team spirit and dynamism. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
