Your mission is to review and send orders to suppliers in accordance with internal procedures. We are seeking a Sales Assistant residing in the Madrid (Spain) or Lisbon (Portugal) area. **As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:** * *Processing quotations arriving in the internal ERP: verifying control points (billing addresses, amounts, delivery addresses, vendor pricing, margin agreements, validation of identifiers, end users, items, etc.)* * *Approving quotations in the ERP and converting them into customer orders* * *Converting quotations into supplier orders* * *Tracking orders after submission to suppliers—from shipment at the supplier’s site through to delivery at the customer’s location.* * *Responsibilities are not exhaustive.* **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** \| **About You** **The ideal Sales Assistant will have the following qualifications:** * *Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role* * *Strong command of English and French* * *Prior experience working with an ERP system* **WHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?** \| **Why Work With Us** We are people-centric and firmly believe that talent enables our continued capacity for disruption and growth in the future.
