Even if you show up by yourself - we guarantee we will lift you up. Comedy is the best ice breaker and also the perfect aphrodisiac. There's no better way to start your weekend! **Laugh twice as hard than ever before! Saturday Splits brings together four of Lisbon's best comedians with one mission. TO HAVE YOU IN SPLITS!** The comedians will do longer sets during this split bill so that you can get to know them better and they can get deeper into their material. This is why unlike our other shows we limit this show to 3-4 comedians. This week we feature four of Portugal's favorite comics - Mikio, Kelly stone, Hugo Schepens, and Charlie Dryden! **Mikio** is a half-Japanese and half-English comedian. Mikio’s sharp, witty jokes blend cultural chaos and clever punchlines - making him a crowd favorite wherever he goes. **Kelly Stone** is a Texas-born stand-up comedian and educator whose sharp, sex-positive humor often serves as an effective form of birth control. **Hugo** debuted as a comedian in 2019 and is a frequent presence in shows in English and Portuguese. As a comedian he is eclectic and seeks to connect with the public with the ridiculousness of everyday life and the search for new themes. He is absolutely perfect, although he is too humble in his self-description. **Charlie Dryden** is a pale English bloke turned Lisbon local, spinning tales of dating disasters, awkward encounters, and life’s most cringe-worthy moments. Equal parts self-deprecating and charmingly tragic—because if you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re missing half the show. -- Join us at the **best comedy night in town** this Saturday and leave in stitches! *Good times Guaranteed!™️* Selva Comedy Cafe will welcome you to a cozy cafe with warm friendly vibes and we'll laugh the night away. Our comedians will have you in SPLITS! Comedy is the best ice breaker, especially if you're new in town. So join us for a great evening of fun and maybe you'll even make some new friends for life. Doors open at 8.30PM. Come enjoy some drinks! The show starts at 9PM so please be comfortably seated by then, drinks in hand. The schedule is kind of like this: 8.30PM - Doors open and we start serving drinks and snacks 9.00PM - Comedy show starts 9.45PM - Short break, drink refill, perhaps a sneaky quick snack. 10.30PM - Show ends and there is time for more drinks, laughter, and merry making! See you there! The venue (Selva Comedy Cafe) will serve craft beer, wine, cocktails (espresso martini, g&t, lisbon mule, etc.), Why Not organic sodas, kombucha, and some light snacks! **How it works: Please register to reserve your spot through Eventbrite and arrive by 8.30PM. We have VERY limited seating so it's best to reserve your spot and arrive on time! We hold your reservation until 8.45PM.** Lisbon Comedy has been running open mic and pro comedy nights in Lisbon since 2018. We're now back with new shows and more!
