Right now, we are looking for **Packaging Operators (M/F)** to join a leading company in Celorico de Bastos. **Responsibilities** \- Receive, identify, and organize profiles, sheets, or aluminum parts to be packaged; \- Check the quality of parts, ensuring they have no damage, scratches, or deformations; \- Prepare packaging materials (plastic, cardboard, film, labels, among others), ensuring their proper use for product protection; \- Package aluminum according to internal standards and work instructions, ensuring safety and preservation during transportation; \- Correctly label and identify packaged products according to guidelines or production orders; \- Monitor and record quantities produced and packaged, reporting deviations or material replenishment needs; \- Keep the work area clean and organized, complying with safety and 6S standards; \- Support the team in other tasks related to logistics, shipping, or material handling, whenever necessary; \- Strictly follow the company's defined procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity. **Requirements** \- Minimum education level of 9th grade (12th grade preferred); \- Previous experience in packaging roles, metalworking industry, or similar (preferable); \- Knowledge of warehouse organization and product identification (advantageous); \- Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; \- Ability to work in a team and effective communication; \- Availability to work in shifts (mandatory). **Offer** \- Integration into a solid and growing company group; \- Opportunities for professional development; \- Remuneration aligned with the demands of the role.
