Join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate continuous process machines. * Adjust machine operating parameters when necessary. * Monitor the production process to ensure uniformity and quality. * Comply with internal quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * Report technical anomalies and collaborate with the maintenance team. **Candidate Profile:** * Availability to work on **Shift 2** (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM\) – 8 hours. * Prior experience in an industrial environment (preferably textile / spinning sector). * Good physical stamina and ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Ability to work in a team and follow procedures. **We Offer:** * Continuous training; * Possibility of permanent employment; * Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding company; * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
