





**Talentos**, official partner of **Iberdrola**, is currently recruiting a **Commercial Administrator** to provide in-person customer service. This role will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through welcoming, supporting, and resolving customer issues, aiming to deliver an excellent level of service. **Join a leading team!** **We offer:** * Base salary * Initial and continuous training; * Welcoming and dynamic work environment; * Employment contract; * Performance bonuses; * Attractive commissions; * Holiday allowance. **Main responsibilities:** * Receive, manage and resolve customer complaints; * Provide personalized service by presenting proposals for signing renewable energy supply contracts (residential, business or MEDEM segments); * Represent and promote the Iberdrola brand image, ensuring efficient, effective and high-quality service; * Keep the store organized and functional; * Clearly and objectively clarify questions related to products, services, prices, contracts and billing. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in face-to-face customer service (preferential); * Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies; * Strong customer and results orientation; * Excellent communication and persuasion skills; * Fluent in English (essential requirement for customer service and issue resolution); * Good computer skills, including spreadsheets, integrated systems, tools and applications; * Proactivity, dynamism and sense of responsibility; * Immediate availability; * Native-level proficiency in European Portuguese (mandatory requirement). **Work location:** Near metro and public transport stations in Lisbon. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
