**Candidate Profile:**

* Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
* Experience in programming industrial and collaborative robots, with proficiency in at least one or two brands.
* Knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.), industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA), and SCADA or HMI systems.
* Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 10218 / ISO TS 15066).
* Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
* Scripting language knowledge (e.g., Python, Lua, C\+\+) applied to robotics is valued.
* Experience in fault diagnosis, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of robotic systems.
* Ability to quickly and independently solve technical problems.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset within multidisciplinary teams.
* Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, computer vision, and digital twins.
* Focus on continuous improvement, with attention to efficiency and innovation.
* Fluent technical English is essential for interaction with suppliers and programming of international equipment.
* Knowledge of other languages (e.g., German, Spanish) is valued.
**What You Should Be Able to Do:**

* Program, configure, and integrate industrial robots (e.g., ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa) and collaborative robots (cobots) (e.g., UR, Doosan, Techman).
* Develop and optimize automated production cycles, focusing on efficiency, safety, and flexibility.
* Integrate robotic systems with machines, sensors, vision systems, industrial I/O, and PLCs.
* Parameterize and test robotic applications such as welding, handling, assembly, palletizing, inspection, and painting.
* Support the development of robotic cells and automated lines in an R&D&I context.
* Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure cohesive and effective integration.
