**Job Title: SAP HR Payroll Senior Expert** **Location: Braga/Coimbra, Portugal** **Work Regime: Full\-time \& Hybrid (1x office per week)** **Overview / Summary:** We are looking for a SAP HR Payroll Expert to join our team! **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Manage payroll activities, including time reporting, input preparation, and payroll output verification; * Ensure accurate and timely salary payments; * Support internal and external payroll\-related audits; * Execute internal controls and salary review processes; * Handle employee inquiries and escalations regarding payroll matters; * Monitor monthly payroll performance, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation actions; * Prepare and deliver reports to cross\-functional teams and leadership; * Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives; * Take responsibility for own deliverables, support team decisions, and provide problem\-solving input; * Provide status updates and respond to questions in internal meetings and, when applicable, in client interactions with management\-level stakeholders. ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or work permits.
