MSI Big Bang XPower II

Selling MSI Big Bang XPower II motherboard, LGA2011 socket, X79 chipset, 8× DDR3 slots, 2GB LAN (9× SATA3 + SATA PER + 1× USB3 cable), SLI, CF, M-CONN, EuP, RoHS compliant — with fault, for someone capable of repairing it. I used it for some time in a server setup, and it is an outstanding motherboard; however, at one point it experienced overheating. Fortunately, I was nearby with the case open, so I immediately powered it off. In other words, I saw slight smoke emanating from the case and promptly shut it down out of concern. I believe it failed to power on afterward. Due to work urgency, I had to purchase and install a new motherboard, and never found time to send this one for official brand repair. I’ve kept it and am willing to hand it over to someone who can fix it. The third photo shows the area where I suspect the overheating occurred.
