The selected professional will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of meals; * Plating and garnishing cooked dishes; * Creating or collaborating in the creation of the menu; * Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and other equipment; * Performing tasks in accordance with Food Hygiene and Safety and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Professional experience and training in the culinary field; * Sensitivity to cost management and results-oriented mindset; * Experience in buffet and à la carte service; * Solid knowledge of HACCP; * Teamwork orientation; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Strong organizational and cleanliness skills; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Shall we naturally stand out together?
