Responsibilities - Preparation, packaging, and sealing of meals, snacks, and beverages for aviation, adhering to quality and hygiene standards. - Ensuring correct product labelling and proper placement in designated containers. - Collaborating with the team in assembling onboard trolleys, ensuring compliance with defined requirements. - Stock control and verification of food product expiry dates. - Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food industry regulations. - Identifying and reporting anomalies, incidents, or maintenance needs to the team supervisor. - Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and client-defined internal procedures. Requirements - Minimum compulsory education level; - Prior experience in packaging, warehouse, production, or food-related roles is preferred; - Knowledge of good hygiene and food safety practices (preferred); - Ability to work effectively in a team, with responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills; - Physical dexterity for handling light loads and standing throughout the shift; - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs; - Immediate availability.
