We are currently recruiting a Traffic Manager (M/F) – Faro for a prestigious client company. Responsibilities: - Supervise the operational team; - Ensure operational continuity while maintaining service quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines; - Monitor operational progress in real time, identifying any deviations or issues and taking immediate corrective actions to prevent delays or interruptions; - Provide guidance and resolve operational problems (deviations, delays, or interruptions); - Maintain up-to-date activity records (number of shipments processed, delivery times, and any issues encountered); - Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and propose enhancements to optimize service efficiency and quality; - Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and current company regulations. Working Hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.
