The selected candidate’s primary responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain operationality of various equipment at the property; * Execute defined corrective and preventive maintenance tasks; * Support work in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and other section-related tasks; * Record internal procedures using check\-lists. **Requirements:** * Technical\-vocational training in Maintenance (preferred); * Experience in the applied field; * Sensitivity to preventive and corrective maintenance; * Organizational and planning skills; * Dynamic individual with a strong team spirit; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will we be naturally distinct together?
