If you are looking for an attractive professional challenge, this project is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Analyze and optimize workshop operational flows (reception, diagnosis, repair, painting, mechanical work, and final inspection); \- Identify bottlenecks, waste, waiting times, and inefficiencies between workstations; \- Implement Lean methodologies adapted to the automotive workshop context; \- Define, standardize, and maintain operational processes and standard times per intervention type; \- Support planning management, workload balancing, and productive capacity of the workshop; \- Collaborate closely with production, reception, maintenance, quality, and management teams; \- Support implementation and maintenance of 5S practices at workstations; \- Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives with operational teams; \- Contribute to reducing vehicle downtime and improving WIP flow; \- Increase efficiency per lift/box and reduce rework and non-conformities. **Profile:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement or process optimization; \- Experience or exposure to automotive workshops, body shops, panel beating, or after-sales (preferred); \- Knowledge of automotive repair processes; \- Ability to analyze time, methods, and operational KPIs; \- Experience in operational environments and hands-on fieldwork; \- Strong communication skills with technical teams; \- Results-driven mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving focus; \- Ability to manage change within operational contexts. **We Offer:** \- Integration into a solid and credible group currently implementing multiple growth projects; \- Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; \- Genuine career progression opportunities aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; \- Favorable working conditions and applicable social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
