Pre-Feasibility Studies Technician
Responsibilities
Support the preparation of pre-feasibility studies for real estate development projects;
Collaborate in the technical and urban feasibility analysis of land parcels and real estate assets;
Collect and analyze technical, urban planning, and regulatory information required for project development;
Support the preparation of technical documents and supporting documentation for decision-making;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including architecture and engineering firms;
Support the analysis of municipal plans, urban regulations, and other applicable legal frameworks;
Participate in identifying opportunities and constraints associated with projects;
Contribute to organizing and updating technical project information.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Territorial Engineering, or a related field;
Recent graduate or with up to 2 years of professional experience;
Interest in real estate development and feasibility studies;
Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
Critical thinking, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Valid driver’s license.
