Role: We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our production team, ensuring daily product preparation, adherence to quality standards, and proper operation of the production area. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and produce bakery products according to technical specifications. * Produce doughs, cakes, desserts, creams, and other specialties. * Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation. * Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). * Monitor raw materials and communicate replenishment needs. * Ensure correct use and cleaning of equipment. * Organize and maintain a clean, functional production area. * Meet production plans and scheduled working hours. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Contribute suggestions for improving production processes. We are looking for someone who has: * Prior experience as a Pastry Chef (preferred). * Training in Pastry or Culinary Arts (valued). * Knowledge of HACCP. * High sense of responsibility and organization. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Attention to detail and appreciation for well-executed work. * Speed, dynamism, and ability to work under pressure. * Punctuality and commitment.
